Refund Policy Explained
Refund Eligibility Strict Conditions: Refunds are strictly available ONLY to customers who are determined to be ineligible for our services after an initial assessment by our healthcare professionals.
No Refunds for Delays-Appointment Scheduling: While we strive to schedule appointments within 7 business days of booking, demand fluctuations may lead to delays, potentially extending appointment scheduling to 14-21 business days. Policy on Delays: It is explicitly stated that refunds will NOT be issued for any delays in booking appointments, irrespective of the extent of the delay.
No Refunds for Change of Mind-Eligible patients who decide to cancel or not proceed with their booked appointment for any reason other than being deemed ineligible will not be entitled to a refund.
